[Photo/Video] Player Proposes To His Girlfriend On Field During Match


Footballer gets yellow card for proposing to girlfriend during match. 

Ashton Surber scored a spectacular goal as his side NAPA Rovers was playing for Guam Shipyards before lifting his shirt to reveal a shirt inscribed "Marry Me," a question directed to his girlfriend watching the game from the stands.

Ashton's girlfriend La’Kiesha Pereda said "Yes" but unfortunately, the referee booked the striker for taking off his shirt.

The match took place in US territory of Guam this weekend. NAPA Rovers went on to win the game 5 - 1.
